Do you work strictly White-Label?
Absolutely. I work silently in the background or appear as a team member in your Slack. I sign a standard NDA before we start. Your clients will never know I exist, and I will never contact them directly unless you ask me to.
Can we resell your work to our clients?
Yes. You pay my flat fee (subscription or fixed price), and you determine the markup for your client. Once the project is handed over, your agency or the client owns 100% of the IP and code.
Should I choose a Subscription or Fixed Price?
Use Fixed Price if you have a single, well-scoped project (like one landing page). Use the Subscription if you have ongoing needs, multiple smaller updates, or need a flexible "extra pair of hands" for overflow work across different clients.
How do we collaborate? Do you join our Slack?
You can add me to your Slack, Notion or Trello as a guest. I provide updates every 48 hours (or daily for Priority plans). You provide the Figma files, I handle the rest.
What if we don't have work for a month?
You can pause your subscription anytime. If you have a quiet month (e.g., August), simply pause the plan and resume it when the next project lands. You never pay for unused time.
Do you handle maintenance or small tweaks?
Yes. For active subscribers, this is included. For non-subscribers, I offer prepaid Support Packs (10h blocks) for ad-hoc maintenance, bug fixes, or small design iterations so you don't have to sign a new contract for every small task.
What is the typical turnaround time?
On average, you receive updates every 24-48 hours. Simple tasks or landing page sections are often delivered next-day. Complex logic or full site builds are broken down into 48h milestones so you see constant progress.
